Step outside and the property continues to shine. The backyard features a giant pin oak tree and is the highlight of a generously sized backyard which features landscaping and number of raised decks and an outdoor swing. The oak tree is deciduous and provides exceptional shade coverage from late spring to late autumn, showcasing a multitude of red and orange hues as the seasons progress closer to winter.

The rear raised deck area features seating and a firepit area. A great spot to grab a bag of marshmallows and recall the days' adventures with family or friends. Cushions are stored in the container on the rear deck which our guests are welcome to access.

Closer to the cottage you'll find an alfresco dining area on raised deck with seating for 6, plus a gas-burning BBQ for those balmy summer evenings with friends.

The front of the cottage is just as special with expansive deck area, outdoor chairs and a great place to catch the afternoon sun.

The rear garden is fully fenced. Please ensure children are supervised around the raised deck areas and the firepit.

The front garden is bordered by hedges. The gravel driveway features a slight incline and becomes flat providing parking for 3-4 vehicles. When accessing the driveway please take care as the gravel can feel slippery under tyres if approached too quickly.

IMPORTANT: SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE

As an off-site host, we have two security cameras at the front of the property - one with a floodlight on the main cottage and one on the studio. The cameras view the driveway areas and a small part of the front garden and deck area only. It is always 'on' for the security of the cottage, our guests and their belongings. Please do not move them, reposition them, tamper with them or switch them off - doing so will immediately forfeit your stay. We thank you for your understanding.
